Job Description
As a Head of Procurement Transactions you are responsible for leading the Procurement Transactions team. Manage and develop continuously procurement transactions processes. You act in close co-operation with Category managers, Legal department, Finance department, Warehouse, Supply Chain.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and manage procurement transactions team to ensure availability of goods and services and high performance
- Support the implementation of the category purchasing strategies
- Support and drive procurement transactions development
- Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve maximum alignment and business value
- Lead and participate in projects related to supplier changes and process improvement
- Monitor effectiveness of buying and procurement policies and strategies
- Ensure top performance team and timely reporting of KPI’s
- Determine content and catalog format requirements
- Content and catalog management and improvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in in business, technology or logistics
- +5 years of experience in procurement – preferably in steel industry
- +2 years of experience in leading multicultural teams
- Excellent skills in purchasing methods and tools
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent cross-functional skills
- Fluent in English.
