Get ready to

• Outreach and find TV planning agencies in the USA and EU countries.
• Plan and manage TV campaign budgets.
• Track and measure of direct and indirect effect of our TV campaigns.
• Closely work, brief and supervise all the partners in relation to TV campaigns.
• Build in-house (as well as external) team in accordance to our OKR’s.
• Have a robust kick-off strategy when it comes to testing and entering new markets with TVC.

We Expect You to

• Know how to manage teams and get things done through leveraging external partners as well as your team members
• Not be afraid to experiment and take on the responsibility
• Have a power to kick-off things and never stuck at one point
• Have a “not giving up” attitude. Things might not get right from the first or even second time
• Be willing to make something really big and actually unlock TVC department
