TV technical QA manager

I am Edvardas Linkevičius, Manager of TV&Media development and I am looking for Quality Assurance Manager for TV services in Vilnius. We are a great bunch of highly skilled professionals, responsible for development and support of Telia TV services that are used in hundreds of thousands Lithuanian homes. Your next challenge?

TV Services is an exciting area. As a member of our team, you will ensure high quality of our TV products and services. As an QA Manager you will:
• Ensure high quality of TV Services to our Customers. Services that simply works
• Build and manage quality measurement system
• Agree on targets with stakeholders and track KPI’s delivery
• Be responsible for Continuous service improvement: initiate and track Quality improvements
• Follow up on Release and Change management, ensure quality and timely deliveries
• Be Owner of Problem Management in TV area
• Secure delivery from external vendors and other departments

You will work in the international environment with potential to become QA Manager for products, which will serve Customers in Nordic and Baltic.

• Know-how in Technical Product support
• Experience in creating and managing Quality Assurance framework

• Project management and coordination skills
• TV products knowledge would be beneficial
