UI designer at MobilePay

We are a talented group of engineers building mobile payment apps for smart clients. We have an incredible attention to detail and very high standards – if you want to join our team, you'll need to demonstrate that you do too.

Your role is combination of product design and visual design for mobile and web applications. You will work directly with product managers and design team to design new features and solve user problems. Besides having an almost unnatural talent for designing beautiful interfaces, you can take a set of complex information and distil it into simplicity and elegance.
We believe you can't build great software without great design. We believe it is the small details that set a design apart. You believe in these things too.

We expect you

• Your designs are classy and clear
• Know the nuts and bolts of mobile technologies
• Have mobile app design experience, ideally with an app currently in the app stores
• Cover design process from user stories to visual design
• Work closely with development team to bring your vision to life
• Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations
• Bring MobilePay visual design to next level
• Have great writing and verbal skills. In both, Lithuanian & English
• Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

We would like you to

• Define and drive the UI of MobilePay iOS and Android mobile apps from end to end, through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch and further iteration
• Brainstorm, sketch, and wireframe with our internal teams and clients. Design things that people will talk about
• Give and solicit open and honest feedback as part of the design process – act as the user-advocate during the development process
• Attend and facilitate persona development sessions and workshops with our clients
• Have experience conducting design reviews and presenting designs internally & externally
• Shape the direction of future products at Mobile Ecosystems. Experience conducting usability testing is a strong plus
• Are active in the tech/design community
