Job Description
We are a talented group of engineers and business analysts building mobile payments apps for smart clients. We have an incredible attention to detail and very high standards – if you want to join our team, you will need to demonstrate that you do too.
Your primary role will be user interface design and user experience design for mobile and web applications. You will work directly with business analysts and business representatives. Besides having an almost unnatural talent for designing beautiful interfaces, you can take a set of complex information and distill it into simplicity and elegance.

- Define and drive the UI and UX of MobilePay iOS, Android and Windows Phone mobile apps from end to end, through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch and further iteration
- Brainstorm, sketch, and wireframe with our internal teams and clients. Design things that people will talk about
- Give and solicit open and honest feedback as part of the design process – act as the user-advocate during the development process
- Attend and facilitate persona development sessions and workshops with our clients
- Have experience conducting design reviews and presenting designs internally & externally
- Shape the direction of future products at Mobile Ecosystems. Experience conducting usability testing is a strong +
- Are active in the tech/design community
Requirements
- Have great writing and verbal skills. In both, Lithuanian & English (at least)
- Your designs are classy and clear
- Know the nuts and bolts of mobile technologies
- Have mobile app design experience, ideally with an app currently in the app stores
- Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
