Job Description

Appealing and handy user interface helps our clients to fully enjoy Bankera’s services. Together with your colleagues, you will work on a common goal of ensuring customer satisfaction by creating refreshing and delightful user experience. As a UI&UX Designer, you will be responsible for building industry-leading solutions while staying up to date with the best design practices and the latest technologies. Your creativity and design skills will help us enhance and strengthen Bankera's relationship with the customers.
 

You should find it interesting to:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the sites function and look like
  • Create original UIs and their graphic elements
  • Prepare and present ideas
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Design portfolio
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • BSc in Design
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
