IT & telecommunications is an extremely competitive field and to win the customer you need to provide exceptional user experience. You’ll be highly involved in shaping, creating and unifying our new digital products for the web, mobile and big screen TV. About You
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and passionate UX/UI designer. You are all about creating incredible user experiences while maintaining consistent and appealing visual design. You should also be fluent in English and have a natural interest in all things digital. We offer a series of stimulating challenges, an environment that's both exciting and motivating.
As a UX/UI Designer here at Telia, you will be involved in every step of the process, from early ideation with Product Managers, other Designers, Marketing and Business team members to help define the products we build, through to working with engineers and developers to ensure the final product meets the highest quality bar. If you succeed, you will have created work that impacts thousands of users and played a role in shaping the new generation of Telia digital experience.
You Will
- Analyse, adapt and build upon an existing design solution and make it your own
- Own the product design process and be in charge of choosing the right UX solutions for it to succeed in various markets and user segments
- Collaborate with a cross functional development team of product managers and engineers
- Collaborate with other designers to assure the best user experience and consistency throughout Telia products and platforms
- Adopt an existing design system, adapt and build upon it by using and improving existing components, patterns and principles
- Create pixel perfect UI for all states and scenarios and assure smooth delivery to developers.
- Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions
You Have
- A portfolio of your recent work
- Industry experience in UI/UX design or related creative discipline
- User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iterative design
- Fluency in a range of tools used for exploring, researching, prototyping, testing, and implementing quality user experience solutions
- Attention to detail and emphasis on consistency in product design;
- Curiosity and a learning-driven personality
- A strong sense of aesthetic and the ability to make confident decisions
- Demonstrated empathy for the people using your software or products
- Experience working on consumer software products
- Knowledge of design systems
- Expertise with Figma or other design and prototyping software
- Experience in designing cross platform products

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 2600 Eur (gross) - 4000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competence and results working at Telia. Besides, Telia has additional employee benefits package for each employee which includes:
