UX Designer

STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL (S3I) with 31 locations in U.S and 7 in Europe is a Supplier of Managed Services, IT solutions & Services and Staffing for many international companies across US and Europe.

Currently our client is expending its team in Lithuania and is looking for:

UX Designer

Your responsibilities will include:
As a UX designer, you will apply conceptual thinking to create world class digital services, where customers always come first, and solutions are driven by understanding their needs and ecosystems. You will embody your concepts through creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows, and use cases.

• Creating and facilitating design sprints
• Gathering and sharing insights based on user involvement
• User journeys
• Sketching
• Wireframing
• Clickable prototypes (both lo- and hi- fidelity)

• +5 years work experience in similar role
• Have knowledge in UX processes and frameworks
• Have experience in UCD, cross-platform design, sketching, prototyping
• Deep knowledge in Adobe products
• UX or related degree
