UX Lead

At the moment we are looking for a UX Lead to join our Digital team in Telia Lithunia. We are a great bunch of people and we‘re proud of our team and the things we achieve together.

Your next challenge?

As our new UX Lead you would be responsible for establishing and driving UX strategy in Telia Lithuania, developing, monitoring and measuring UX processes. You would be leading a team of UX designers by providing leadership, mentorship and managing their career growth across diverse product releases while accomodating different platforms and devices. Also, you will be responsible for effective advocacy for user needs in a corporate climate and acting as a champion for user–centric design approach among other stakeholders.

Other responsibilities

• Representing UX design across various teams, including IT and Business;
• Mapping out design decisions according to key performance indicators (KPIs), and vice-versa, so that success could be measured;
• Building strong relationships within the organization.

Who are you?

You are a motivated, self-driven and passionate UX Leader with proven competence in leading a big brand on your own. You apply user-centric approach where possible and can transform insights into motivating actions. You dare taking the lead and applying industry know-how to drive creativity. Being at the forefront of complex projects is something that excites you. You also excel in building strong relationships. You can prioritize across many agendas and manage time effectively. While having a broad perspective, you are able to maintain attention to detail. You are fluent in English and have a natural interest in all things digital.

Your experience:

• Strong leadership and management skills, at least 3+ years of managing a team, preferably in an international organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must to fill this role.
• Deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations

Working in this position you will receive a base salary at 3250 - 4870 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
