VALIDATION ENGINEER

Validation engineers perform validation activities (confirmation by examination and provision of objective evidence that the particular requirements can be consistently fulfilled) to ensure that medical devices comply with EU and US requirements and are safely and effectively produced for patients all over the world.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of validation projects;
• Maintenance of validation schedule;
• Identification of critical manufacturing equipment/processes;
• Formation of multi-functional teams for planned activities;
• Preparation of validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ);
• Execution of validation protocols;
• Development and implementation of solutions to validation issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of engineering or other relevant field;
• Good Lithuanian and English language skills (written and oral);
• Good computer skills;
• Good problem solving skills with a hands-on approach;
• Good level of accuracy and attention to details;
• Good communication skills, ability to work both in a group and independently, thoroughness and diligence;
• Ability to function effectively across a number of interrelated departments.

Preferred Qualification:

• Basic understanding of international standards;
• Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment/processes.
