Video Production Manager

- Develop new content formats from idea to pilot with strong focus on virality for YouTube platform
- Work with existing Bored Panda editorial team to generate new ideas
- Write scripts based on extensive research and strong emphasis on fact checking
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all content before posting it
- Manage the team of scriptwriting, video editing and voice-overing specialists
- Develop and manage all production schedules and priorities for the team while ensuring all deadlines are met

- Knowledge of both TV industry and digital video offerings across YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc.
- Hands-on production experience is a plus
- Experience in scriptwriter and screenwriter roles
- Huge creative potential
- Experience in running an in-house production team or working with external freelancers and vendors
- Strong eye for talent and talent development
- Highly organized and able to quickly break down and communicate creative concepts
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
