Our client has 4 properties: 2 hotels with multi Rosettes, 1 Mediterranean wood fire restaurant with 2 rosettes and 1 waterfront bar-bistro (the food is equivalent to 2 rosettes).

We are looking for:

1) a Housekeeper and kitchen porter and will consider people with basic English. COUPLE preferably!!
The salary both for the Housekeeper and the Kitchen porter is £7.85/h gross+ tips. The Kitchen porter does around 50-55 hours and the Housekeeper around 40-45 hours.

2) a Pastry Chef, the salary is between £450-500 gross/week depending on experience +tips.
*They all get 2 days off and accommodation is offered with rent £42 per week each.

3) Chefs de Partie or Demi CDPs
The salary for Demi is £410/week gross +tips and for CDP £455/week gross +tips .
Accommodation is offered with rent £42 per week for each person. They do approximately 100 covers for lunch and 100 covers for dinner.

4) 1 Bartender/Waiter. Needs to speak good English (if not fluent it needs to be at least Intermediate). Salary is between £7.85-8.25/hour gross depending on experience+tips.
Accommodation is offered with rent £42 per week for each person. They are doing 40 covers for lunch and 40 covers for dinner.

Job is seasonal- till end of October.
