The Role

Betsafe Lithuania, a part of Betsson Group brands is looking for a commercially experienced and passionate General manager and Head of Offline to join the team in Vilnius. Being business owner of the offline vertical, you will be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of the Betsafe betting shops across Lithuania including offline betting development strategy and keeping a focus on offline customers’ acquisition to online direction. As a General Manager of local entity you will overlook smooth operations of local office and team in Lithuania.

Responsibilities

You have proven track record in management, people management and commercial focus. You have previous experience within offline sports betting and gaming field, working on the managerial position as a main decision maker. You are knowledgeable of Lithuanian sports betting market. You are a team player who motivates your team members and shares knowledge with your colleagues. If you are energetic person and able to be the best team leader, you are the kind of professional we are searching for.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing all offline betting shops
Local entity management, administrative overview of operations in Vilnius office
Making long term business plan for developing offline business and making offline more profitable for online business
Defining and understanding customer needs and working of renewing of current products
Controlling service quality in company branches
Controlling all administrative procedures and payment processes in offline direction
Ensure compliance with local legislation
Lead team in Vilnius

At least 3-5 years working on management level
Experience and understanding of sports betting and/or gaming industry
Knowledge and Working experience in online gambling desirable and will be plus
Understanding of Lithuanian Labor and Gaming Law will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of sports betting products
Excellent managerial and reporting skills
Excellent Lithuanian and English
Excellent computer skills
Good communication and influencing skills, and be able to motivate and achieve results through others
Ability to travel on business purposes
