JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sportsbook marketing strategy and plan development
Yearly and quarterly planning
Creative concepts development by delivering thrilled customer experience across all marketing channels
Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from conceptualisation, campaign mechanics, briefing and bonus costs management
Delivering KPI according to plan
Consistently champion on segmentation, targeting and profiling the right customers
Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running by taking a “Test, Learn and Optimise” approach in order to improve efficiency and ROI
Working closely with the Product Team to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices
Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers
Share best practices across the other business functions
Produce and present ROI reports, Ensure that strategy and tactics, marketing and brand communication, are enforced according to brand policies
Collaborate actively with other Marketing Team verticals

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
Sports enthusiast with creative mind
Excellent understanding of the sportsbook customer
Experience in sportsbook marketing
Understanding of Nordic sports market
Results driven individual, able to develop and implement practical and quick decisions
Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Confident and dynamic personality
Ability to work with other highly talented individuals
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
