As Experienced Recruiter you would be making sure we stay at the top of our game and enrol the best talent who will build some of the most advanced e-solutions in the world.
Your goal oriented attitude, understanding of the business and techie mindset will allow you to understand the company’s needs and recruit for a wide range of roles across different domains from top IT specialists up to the Manager level. You will be working in the Talent Acquisition team of 10 people supporting each other in reaching the set goals and improving processes. Your mission with the team is to find the right talent at the right time utilising your best sourcing hacks, tools and always trying out new techniques and methods.
Responsibilities:
Not only recruit but also build a strong talent pipeline for our key roles
Bring in the best talent, that correspond to business’ and manager’s needs
While being a team player, also work independently taking responsibility in your domain and meeting the recruiting needs of the company
Deliver best candidate experience and represent Nortal’s values
You’re likely to succeed if You:
Have a strong track record as a successful head hunter
Understand the business and are able to meet expectations at all organizational levels, recruiting for both technical and business positions
