Permanent Job in Klaipeda.

Main duties and responsibilities:
o preparing and amending documents;
o maintaining applicants database;
o sorting and maintaining correspondence;
o job interview organization;
o work with the applicants: providing with information and instructions;
o work with the partners: business communication and follow up;
o problem solving, handling emergency situations.

Requirements

o Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken);
o Very good business correspondence skills (in English);
o Computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Windows Live Mail);
o Flexibility, good time management skills;
o Responsibility, thoroughness, accuracy, attention to details;
o Commitment and liability to the company interests;
o Ability to handle stressful situations, positive attitude.
