Job Description
HR department is responsible for a few different types of tasks related to personnel management. As our HR Specialist, you will be working as a part of a Swedish speaking back office HR team and be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient administration of employee related data in various personnel management systems;
- Preparing different rapports, work contracts and other documents related to personnel processes;
- Providing information to employees of the concern, answering to the questions they may have in the area of personnel, internal processes of the company;
- Administrating employees' pensions and providing information related to HR area to Swedish institutions and other departments of the concern;
- Identifying areas of improvement and contributing to the success of your team and the company.
Requirements
In order to manage the tasks as a HR Specialist in Skandia you must be keen on details and proficient in MS Office. Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian is a must. Higher academic / bachelor degree is required. You have also a positive attitude, innovative thinking and good cooperation skills. Similar experience will be considered as an advantage.
