Sourcing and Supply specialist

Sourcing and Supply specialist with strongly contribute to profitability, continuity and growth of Hollister Inc. by daily research of new suppliers, advising the colleagues on supply questions and execution of the sourcing and supply activities. The person will mainly be involved with the operations of Hollister Kaunas Plant.

Job responsibilities:

• Material Sourcing: Working with cross-functional teams to manage the evaluation and approval of alternative raw materials and suppliers ensuring a consistent supply into the Lithuanian Plant.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and manage supplier relationships that drive continuous improvement and continuity through the supply chain.
• Material Costs improvement:  Support and/or manage material cost improvement and cost avoidance programs with cross functional teams.
• Supplier Score Card valuation: Track and measure supplier performance (such as - timely and of quality deliveries) ensuring that suppliers meet plant expectations and needs of  various Kaunas Plant  Departments (Product Development, Quality Management and Operations).
• Global Strategic Sourcing: Contribute to Global Strategic Sourcing goals ensuring that Lithuania plant interests are represented. Align expectations with the plant and Global Sourcing and drive responsible cost savings initiatives.
• Operational Purchasing: Purchasing order placement activities should be anticipated initially.

• 3+ years of similar work experience (such as supplier development relationship experience).
• Degree in Business or Technical area.
• SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge and experience.
• Excellent analytical skills utilizing technology such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication  and time management skills.
• Very good English language skills.
