Job Description
A new position will become an important part of Bitė Lietuva’s marketing department. The Mobile TV Product Manager will be responsible for Overall TV project development and launch according to predefined objectives and timelines including but not limited to:
- The market and competitive study;
- Strong leadership and collaboration with other marketing teams to identify, analyze, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with a strategy;
- Definition of customer segments and product offers for each specific segment;
- Definition of pricing and offers;
- Reporting on KPI post product launch;
- Product integration with current rate plans (Voice and MBB);
- Selection of sales channels and support development for each channel;
- Communication development for product launch and support;
- Daily management and further development of the Mobile - TV Product segment including data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

- 2-3 years in a product manager or similar role driving products from idealization and discovery to launch;
- Experience in managing marketing activities;
- A degree in marketing, business, technology or relevant field;
- A proven track record of using data and insights to develop and launch great products;
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships;
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs;
- Exceptional Project Management Skills: how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align to the business strategy;
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into clear business and product requirements;
- Ability to think and act creatively, methodically and strategically.
BONUS POINT FOR:
- Experience in developing internet or media products would be considered as an advantage.
