Sales Assistant for shift work

Job Description

- Dealing with sales paperwork (preparing purchase, repair, exchange orders).
- Putting data in to IT systems, making quotations when requested.
- Gathering data on demand (preparing customer lists from web pages, getting technical information needed for sales team, market prices collection and etc.).
- Receiving quotes from vendors, for sales requested units, adding them to IT systems.
- Organizing shipments with logistics companies.
- E-mails administration – sorting, forwarding, etc.
- Any additional tasks requested by sales team.
- Shift work: 9.00 – 18.00; 17.00 – 02.00; 01.00 – 10.00.

Requirements

- Very good verbal and written knowledge of English is a must.
- Experience in the field of aviation is a big advantage (working with Quantum).
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Successful experience in sales administration would be considered as big advantage.
- Ability to work with IT systems.
- Friendly and engaging personality, who is able to work as part of sales team.
- Key competencies: accuracy, attention to details, helpfulness and politeness, dutifulness, multi – tasking, patience, stress tolerance, ability to meet deadlines.
