Right now, we are looking for a Head of Datacenter & Cloud product team to Product Area IT Services.
PA IT Services unit is accountable for the product area IT Services from vision to execution, enabling Experiences to build customer offerings and solutions on our products in order to win in the different market segments we’re competing in. We will also need to enable growth to new markets and therefore will need to support country sales units with Solution Sales competence on our specific area of expertise.
Datacenter & Cloud is one of the exciting growth opportunities Telia Company has in the IT services space.
During the next few years a significant share of companies in the Nordic & Baltic region will have to undergo a datacentre outsourcing partner selection and transition. We will serve this need with multiple DC sites throughout our footprint. In addition the transition will require a Hybrid Cloud managed service that is available is these modern datacenters, and which is capable to broker & manage a multi cloud, multi location solution together with necessary connectivity & security solutions to create a full service.
Your next challenge?
As a Head of the Datacenter & Cloud product team, you will be accountable and responsible of managing a competitive, modular set of products enabling a World Class Customer Experience, combined with best-in-class business models, making it possible for Telia to be a provider of choice for its’ customers. You will be responsible for technology choices, product platforms and solutions experience. The investment horizon is 0-10 years.
The mission includes the product lifecycle, technology platform lifecycle as well as accountability for 2nd and 3rd line support to secure Service assurance for the PA products.
You will need to ensure revenue and profitability by proper resourcing, setting list pricing, securing end-to-end cost leadership in delivery for the product area, and supporting sales by providing specialist sales and presales as well as product related consultancy.

Your Experience:
Demonstrated Product Business Management expertise in the Datacenter facility or Private, Public Cloud technologies
Strong product lifecycle management skills coupled with a strong aptitude in establishing thought leadership
Proven track record of driving change, developing high-performing teams and effectively communicating, influencing and engaging at all levels across a multinational matrix organization.
It is a plus if you have experience from product sales, product consulting or service operations
Deep knowledge of the IT services market, go-to-market models, industry trends etc.
Experience from creating a vision and wanted position, setting strategy and securing execution
Fluent in English and one Nordic-Baltic language.
