I am Dovile Juskeviciene looking for Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator in Customer Transactions Division (CTD). My division is acting as a second line support to B2X front office and is also responsible for sales related administrative tasks and processing of manual operations, thus playing important role in speed and quality of service delivery to our customers.

In order to excel in this role, you need to understand process development and automation, have diverse stakeholder management skills and previous process improvement experience. We offer you a highly challenging and interesting position within our department where you will need to master high complexity, collaboration challenges and maintain client and efficiency orientated view to deliver on expectations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review and analyze organizational processes of back office functions, identify waste and low-value activities
  • Convert identified gaps into process improvement projects that deliver breakthrough results, boost simplicity and reduce effort to customer of daily operations
  • Prepare roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives, measure, analyze, improve, and control implementation, report on progress
  • Define process performance metrics and ensure efficient monitoring
  • Identify automation opportunities, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend automation solution (including API and RPA)
  • Work closely with technology units to assess feasibility of using RPA
  • Conduct RPA high level assessments and develop detailed documentation for development
  • Manage testing of RPA solutions, including user acceptance testing, documentation, signoff, and deployment
  • Make continuous improvement an integral part of daily routine of colleagues

Who are you? Requirements:

You have:

  • Firm understanding and experience of process improvement techniques, tools and way of working
  • Experience in similar role and/or tasks in dynamic industry
  • Ability to exercise influence without authority
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Change management skills (in both people and operations context)
  • Experience with RPA is a benefit

  • Analytical, structured, customer focused, ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker and hands-on problem solver, excited about operational excellence
  • A coordinator, capable of aligning different needs and steer towards a good compromise between many different functions and views
  • Not afraid to speak up if you see potential errors, mistakes or improvement opportunities
  • Organized and committed to meeting deadlines, able to work autonomously

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 1860-2786 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
