My name is Skaidrė Bakutytė and I am leading Accounts Payable Team in Sourcing and Finance Operations department. Our team is currently looking for Accounts Payable Process Expert in Accounts Payable team.


Your next challenge?

I am looking for team members to build new Accounts Payable team. In order to excel in this team, you need to be a team-player interested in main accounting principles, have attention to details and have inspiration to drive and support improvements. Accounts Payable function is responsible to ensure that invoices flow in the company is managed according to all rules and requirements. As a team, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our operation companies and other entities. As a Sourcing and Finance Operations department, we are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled financial, accounting, sourcing and procurement professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.

The team you will be part of is responsible:

  • Specialist on the existing processes within Accounts Payable and deep knowledge in End-to-End processes.
  • Contribute in change processes, driving continuous improvement and development through process-teams and projects.
  • Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Act as support to the managers and colleagues in accounting, process and systems issues within the Accounts Payable area.
  • Collaborate with other business areas both within and outside own department.
  • Be part of projects and could lead projects and smaller project teams.
  • Lead change and setting requirements in development areas.
  • Is recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function.
  • Secure implementation of projects, both from resource planning and business requirements.
  • Solve complex problems.

Who are you?

  • + 3 years of experience within Accounts Payable or Finance business support, preferable from an international company
  • Documented experience from process development
  • University degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge in Excel
  • Experience from working close with IT department and system solutions

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1570 – 2300 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
