Security Welcome Man

Hotel Pacai, a 5 Star Boutique Hotel in a historical building in Vilnius Old Town is currently recruiting for Luxury Courtyard Security Welcome Man to join our friendly team.

Your main responsibility as a Security Welcome man is to work closely with Front Office and Concierge Team and take directions from them. You will welcome and assist all of the guests to the hotel and help them with any enquiries and directions. Your main task is to take ownership of Hotel Entrance and Hotel Courtyard. You will welcome and take lead for all cars and guests who enter Hotel PACAI courtyard. You will have a clear vision when and how many cars can be parked at hotel Courtyard and will manage city residents flow during peak times to make sure Hotel safety is ensured. You should have a warm, friendly and welcoming manner, and genuinely care about the guest experience.

Good spoken English and Lithuanian is needed.

Main Duties:

• Meet and greet guests at Hotel PACAI entrance
• Safeguard Hotel PACAI Courtyard and keep it neat and tidy
• Control delivery vans to park them in allocated place and not to overload The Courtyard
• Soft Security at the courtyard role
• Carry guest’s luggage into the hotel and up to the allocated room
• Valet parking
• Ensure that the luggage room is tidy and organized
• Arrange transport for guests when required
• Help guests with directions and assist with any requests
• Be confident about new openings and ‘places to be seen’ in Vilnius
• Work flexible hours
