Job Description
- Maintaining of VoIP Network and Equipment
- Technical support of company's partners and Customers
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of the VoIP Network
- Managing Routing Tables (Dial Peers)
- Monitoring the quality of the Services
- Processing incoming and outgoing Trouble Tickets
- Technical support of employees (Sales Managers)
- Testing VoIP routes in automatic and manual modes
Requirements
- Good understanding the principles of deployment and maintenance of VoIP Networks.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the protocols H.323, SIP and voice codecs (G.711, G.729, G.723 etc.)
- Experience with Voice and packet switching equipment.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of the TCP / IP protocol stacks.
- It is desirable for experience of administration and configuration of Billing Systems and Voice Softswitchs (MERA MVTS 3.xx and MERA MVTS II)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Routing mechanisms (Dial Peers)
- Administration skills, configuration and operation of VoIP equipment (gateways, terminals, IP phones. Etc.)
- Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of VoIP networks and equipment.
- Good understanding of digital and analog telephone network systems (E1 ISDR PRI, SS7, FXO, FXS, etc.)
- Base knowledge of OS Unix / Linux
