Waitress

• Serving of 20-30 passengers with standard plate and beverages service
• Organize and prepare mise en place
• Ability to operate common restaurant equipment
• Follow cleaning procedures as per HACCP

• Minimum two years of waiter/ess experience, preferably in a four or five star restaurant, hotel or resort.
• Solid knowledge of international food dishes and beverages.
• Cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and very good command of the English language.
• High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred.
