Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a rapidly growing international company and work on a rotation schedule of at least 8 weeks on-site in Roosendaal, Netherlands to manage warehouse stock and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out logistics processes according to plans prepared by the Lithuanian team.
• Drive employees to and from airports.
• Supervise and coordinate the company fleet.
• Manage warehouse assets: issue, track, and maintain PPE and work tools.
• Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping (including forklifts, welding equipment, and other tools).
• Conduct regular stock takes and provide accurate reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Good English skills; Russian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office programs.
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Willingness to provide references upon successful selection.
• Police clearance will be required.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule of at least 8 weeks in the Netherlands.
