Job Description

You become an important player in Infare’s Vilnius team. Your job will include daily maintenance of our data collection and development of
new internet
crawlers/robots as well as maintaining existing crawlers/robots. You will be a part of a team of 7 Data Collectors.

The daily tasks are:

• Optimization of internet crawlers/robots and og quality assurance on collected data
  
• Building new and fixing/updating/correcting existing internet crawlers/robots (XML)

Requirements

• You have a good knowledge in English
  
• You have a good understanding in the internet’s infra structure including:
  

o Server/Client relations, Cookies, Sessions etc.
o HTTP communication, Response/Request etc.
o HTML, URL/URI, Links, Forms

• Experience in working with Regular Expressions will be advantage.
  
• You have experience with MS SQL and XML
  
• You have a general knowledge about programming and good knowledge about Javascript, Flash and Ajax
  
• You have a very structured and analytic way of working
  

On top of the above a strong logic is needed and you are good at understanding existing scripts. You are able to work concentrated, you can
keep hold
on the details and you keep a high level of quality in you work. You are persistent and keep up working until the task is fulfilled. As the
price/fare data you
and your team is collecting is what our customers are seeing, you also have the feel and responsibility to see your task in this light.
