Job Description
Our Windows Team in IT Operations is growing and we a looking for new team members, from junior to experienced ones.
- creating monitors for assigned monitoring systems
- upgrading monitoring agents
- Microsoft Windows Server Platform troubleshooting and support
- implementing and updating IIS applications on the Microsoft Windows server platform
- working with Incident and Problem Management according to ITIL processes
- working with customer request (orders)
- manage firmware updates, agents and hardware support tools
- windows server platform maintenance tasks
- provisioning, disk expansions, terminate servers
- working with customers request [orders]
- able to work evening hours and weekends (if required)
- working with international teams
Requirements
- experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2
- troubleshooting and support skills in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2
- working knowledge with Microsoft Windows services (IIS)
- experience of scripting (PowerShell, vbscript, CMD shell)
- experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare ESX)
- experience of working with Incident, Problem and Change management
- customer focus and service minded attitude
- ability to work well both in a team and independently to meet team targets and KPIs
- inventive for improvement and new ideas
- good spoken and written English language skills
