Job Description

As a Technical Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

• providing support of Windows platform on a shift basis (the person will work 4 day shifts for 12 hours, then will have 4 days off; then 4 night shifts,
  

then will have 4 days off);

• responding to events and alerts being raised during the shift, rapidly investigating to assess the importance or criticality of the incident/alert and
  

solving or reassigning to a partner team who can resolve;

• performing planned change activities during the shift, fully adhering to company's change control and technical policies;
  
• assisting other teams in post implementation testing and application testing/deployment activities

Requirements

We expect you possess:

• Experience supporting Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 systems
  
• A broad range of technical skills with a strong desire to constantly expand skill set
  
• Active Directory / Group Policy / DHCP / DNS / ETC
  

Understanding of virtualization (VMware, Citrix) technologies is a plus, but not required

• Very good English skills;
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
