Wireless Technical Support Engineer

You will be responsible for Wireless Network Products/Solutions and the After-Sales Technical Support in the field in Nordic and Baltic marketing. You will support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts.

Responsibilities - Execute Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners. - Do Wireless Network commissioning and Integration, troubleshooting, test and acceptance. - Provide First line / Second line Maintenance technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team. - Provide training, Technical presentations and workshops for customers, subcontractors or service partners. - Support Lab testing, bidding for Pre-sales. Qualifications - University degree in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience. - Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following products and solutions: wireless network including GSM/CDMA/UMTS/Wimax/LTE. - Be capable to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance) with strong troubleshooting skills. - Fluent English speaking. - Driving license is an advantage as customer visits are frequent. - Candidate with related after-sales technical service experiences with the incumbents in Europe is preferred.
