Member of the IT Services management team responsible for workplace and user-facing IT platforms management as per agreed business requirements and service levels. Ensure proactive management of a unit on an operational level with employees located in three Baltic countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and run efficient IT Services for workplace area.
- Develop workplace team capable to deliver comprehensive monitoring, provide 2nd line support and ensure life cycle management.
- Develop and operate innovative workplace, mobility, productivity and collaboration platforms.
- Manage installation, implementation and support of end-user OS, firmware and applications.
- Deliver and manage printing & scanning and other peripheral IT based services.
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing, instructions and support tools for workplace solutions.
- Ensure satisfactory performance of supported workplace solutions in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Implement processes and supporting tools in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Contribute to IT strategy creation and drive IT strategy implementation in relative areas combining best of an inhouse and outsource/cloud capabilities.
- Organize, engage and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the dedicated team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the function/unit.
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example.
- Promote and support living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand.
Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure effective cross-Baltic function operation within area of responsibility.
- Other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and functional manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of People management and leadership experience
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in workplace or relevant IT fields
- Track record in building teams and developing individuals
- Experience with outsourced services delivery (either establishing or receiving ones)
- Skills with IT Tools and Technologies: ITIL, Lean, Agile, virtualized and cloud-based workplace solutions
- Higher education in Information technology
