Acceptance and processing of orders: create purchase orders through CRM system, transfer to manufacturing companies;
Organizing delivery of orders (searching and ordering transport);
Daily communication with existing customers;
Providing administrative assistance to the sales team;
Document management.
Requirements
Previous work experience in the field of customer service and coordination of document flows - advantage;
Ability to understand the needs of customers and solve various questions and problems that have arisen;
Good communication skills, accuracy and a great sense of responsibility;
Good computer skills;
Lithuanian, Russian and/or English. (Both English and Russian are a great advantage).
