Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensure provision of legal services for onshore renewable energy projects (wind, solar, batteries, P2X) in home markets (Baltics and Poland), as well as new markets
- Manage legal aspects throughout the project lifecycle: regulatory, land, EIA, construction (FIDIC), etc.
- Work both, hands on and manage internal and external legal teams
- Lead negotiations and ensure business compliance, as well as mitigation of legal risks
- Act as liaison with regulators and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Have a Master’s degree in law
- Have 7 years of legal experience in energy, construction, real estate or related legal fields, with onshore renewable energy experience being a strong advantage
- Have team management experience
- Are fluent in English, with international teamwork experience
- Possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Are able to prioritize tasks independently.
