Job Description
What you can expect:
Reporting to the Sales Manager (SM), your primary responsibilities are to:
Provide technical communication and support to agronomists and influencers to maximise BASF product sales across the defined area
Contribute to the country sales strategy
Give input to- and participate in commercial budgeting, forecast and follow up in teamwork with the SM
Further establish a close relationship with key influencers, including farmers
Contribute to cross functional teams regarding marketing activities, new product potential, training materials etc.
Ensure that the influencer matrix is accurate and up to date, identifying key drivers, sphere and degree of influence and effectively prioritise to ensure maximum impact
This role is home based with some overnight travel.

Requirements
What we expect:
You have a relevant education on at least bachelor level
In addition, you have a minimum of 3 years of experiences in a role combining both the commercial and technical needs of the market
You have a great drive, are results oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills
You have good communicative skills, you speak and write English
You have good levels of competence with software packages, in particular with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Last – but not least – you have a comprehensive market and product understanding
A valid driving licence is essential.
