Job Description
As a Purchasing and Contracting Associate you’ll be working closely with the team to support the development of Supply Chain Management activities for Offshore Renewables projects in Baltics. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Negotiates operational contract <500k across different countries
- Supporting sourcing activities across different countries under experience management supervision
- Work on the procurement and contract improvements
- Record management
- Support compliance with relevant procurement and contracting policies and procedures
- Maintain agreement database record
- Provide support to the Supply Chain Leads.
Requirements
- Degree in (Supply Chain) Management, Legal, Logistics, Engineering or similar field
- Demonstrate understanding of the commercial contract management technique and procurement process
- Knowledge of procurement process and current supply chain challenges
- Have excellent English language skills (both verbal & written).
6 months Internship.
