Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius Centre is looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to assist customers with their booking needs and become part of our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills verbally and in written

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and in person.
Communicate professionally with customers to understand their needs.
Handle and process reservation inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Process payments and send booking confirmations.
Address and resolve any issues related to reservations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Team player with a proactive mindset.
Good computer literacy; experience with Opera PMS or a background in reservations/front office is a plus.
