Join the Huawei Digital Power team as a Regional Sales Representative! We are looking for active, communicative, and proactive professionals who will help strengthen relationships with solar panel installers in the Lithuanian market.

Your ideal background:

• 2–3 years of sales experience;
• experience working in the solar energy sector;
• good English skills (minimum B2 level);
• valid category B driving license and own car.
• residence in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai;
• excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a person with a proactive attitude, open-mindedness, resilience, and hard-working spirit!

Your main responsibilities:

• actively search for and establish contact with solar panel installers;
• conduct individual meetings with installers;
• deliver product training sessions, introduce new Huawei products and promotions;
• collect feedback from installers, analyze information, and provide recommendations;
• participate in events, training sessions, and conferences when needed.

*Sales agent-type work. The salary is a base salary starting from €1400 netto, plus bonuses depending on work performance.
