Network Procurement Manager (confidential)

We are looking for an experienced Network Procurement Manager to lead their sourcing and negotiation efforts across infrastructure and IP-related services. This is a strategic role responsible for identifying and managing key suppliers, optimizing contract terms, and ensuring their services are cost-effective, high-quality, and future-proof.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IP addresses, ASN services, hosting, and related network infrastructure.
• Lead commercial negotiations with global suppliers, focusing on pricing, SLA terms, timelines, and penalty clauses.
• Evaluate and benchmark supplier offers from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Analyze contractual agreements and track ongoing supplier performance and costs.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets service expectations.
• Drive and manage RFI/RFP processes as needed to explore and onboard new partners.
• Monitor trends in the IPv4 market and assess related sourcing opportunities.

• Proven experience in supplier negotiations (pricing, SLAs, contractual terms).
• Solid technical understanding of: IP addressing and ASN concepts & Server infrastructure and network SLA parameters.
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to evaluate offers by cost/quality ratio and long-term benefit.
• Analytical skills to interpret contracts, compare technical/commercial proposals, and manage procurement data.
• Experience running RFI/RFP processes in a tech or infrastructure-related environment.
• Awareness of current trends and pricing in the IPv4 market.
• Ability to assess hosting service quality (location, connectivity, uptime, support).
• Fluent English (C1+) for daily communication with international partners.
