Marketing specialist

Our company is a leader in medical tourism in Central and Eastern Europe. We are based in Kaunas, employing a team of more than 400 specialists who perform 4.000 surgeries per year. Our staff are all English speakers and work mostly with international customers. We are currently growing and looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team in a hybrid work model — from your home office or our office in Kaunas.

- Take care of content creation on a company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
- Produce video content
- Maintain and update our company websites
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends and insights
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns

- Has experience in digital marketing (a big plus!)
- Is currently studying or has a degree in marketing or a related field (also a plus)
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Is creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Can manage time effectively and independently
- Enjoys working with people and brings positive energy to the team
