Job Description

The Operations Director is responsible for leading the operations department, ensuring the smooth installation and quality of advertising campaigns, and maintaining communication with partners across various market segments. The role also involves expanding cooperation with current partners, collaborating on the launch of new POS materials and services, and optimizing campaign-related costs. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the entire operations department.
  • Oversee the installation of advertising campaigns and ensure effective cooperation with sales and creative departments and coordinators.
  • Ensure the quality and smooth execution of all advertising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong relation with partners across all company segments (retailers, print houses, warehouses, secondary schools and universities, and petrol stations).
  • Actively seek new opportunities for expanding cooperation with current partners.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of new POS materials, products, and services in the market.
  • Optimize campaign costs related to POS materials production, printing, installation, and uninstallation.
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports for Managing Director and ensures accurate preparation and oversight of campaign profitability.
  • Preparation of monthly campaign overview to the retailers.
  • Preparation of tenders for production services and other operation services that can occur – logistic, warehouse and different acquisition for Operation Department.

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform and excel in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team.
  • Fluency in both the local language and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Independent personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Presentable, outgoing, and highly communicative personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
