Job Description

  • Organizing laboratory operations to ensure timely and high-quality testing of soil.
  • Team development, ensuring safe work practices, and implementing innovative solutions
  • Planning and managing the laboratory budget
  • Initiating the procurement of laboratory equipment and reagents
  • Monitoring laboratory processes and improving operational efficiency

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Higher education in engineering geology.
  • English language proficiency at C1 or higher level.
  • Ability to plan time effectively and organize the work of the department.
