Transport Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage partial and full truckload shipments across Western Europe;
• Work closely with our drivers – help them navigate their daily routes efficiently and resolve any issues on the road;
• Plan optimal routes and monitor how well your team follows them;
• Track compliance with driving and rest time regulations – ensuring safe and legal operations;
• Handle transport documentation and make sure orders are completed on time and meet both client expectations and company standards;
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve various transport-related issues – we work as one team;
• Contribute to internal process improvements – join project work and help us implement positive changes.

• Proven experience in independently planning and managing transport operations – you know how to handle the full process from A to Z;
• Fluent in Russian and English – essential for smooth communication with international partners and team members;
• Strong communication skills – able to work both independently and in a team, and skilled in negotiation;
• Self-driven and able to manage your time effectively;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and see challenges as opportunities to grow and improve.
