Contact person for quality problems for new supplied products
Perform supplier APQP and PPAP, achieve PSW
Use of all SQM tools (PCN, AIB, ETB, SAP CSE and TA3, Lexpro)
Knowledge sharing within the team
Perform Supplier Process Audit
Use of process center, local procedures and gates (PLC)
Use category quality requirements within your responsibility area and quality tools
Plan, initiate and control preventive-orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied parts and services (Feasibility Commitment, Project Reviews, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Control Plan etc.), to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements
Prepare reports to your superior about the actual status and about the future tasks regarding quality

Academic degree in engineering or other relevant fields
Relevant professional experience
Knowledge of SAP and SQM specific transactions (claim management, logistic transactions, define incoming inspection plan, data management-PPAP upload)
ELC Bronze Level certificate
Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
Basic knowledge of ISO TS 16949 specific and VDA 6.3 requirements
Technical know-how (electronics, mechanics), reading and understanding of a specification, drawing, knowledge of quality tools
Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools (CBS, Six Sigma)
Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
Good communication skills
