Account Manager Technology

This position will provide desktop and engineering support services to the initial team in support of office build outs across all aspects of technology including hardware, network, voice, and messaging services with liaison to regional and global teams as required.

• Act as single point of contact for delivery of infrastructure technology support for process migrations from countries in Europe into Vilnius SSC
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of IT support matters in our Vilnius office
• Plan and manage IT support requirements for the Vilnius site with direct management of associated resources including external vendors
• Ensure infrastructure related requirements are managed to appropriate SLAs by local and regional / global teams
• Engage with Application Support Group to implement application changes as requested by the local business. Monitor the changes and ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Engage and liaise with business users to ensure actions and responsibilities are designated and completed as required

• Minimum Five (5) years of IT support experience
• Working experience in a multinational environment
• Broad knowledge of IT operations practices, designs, methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively with a broad ran of constituencies is essential
• A demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people is desired
