Job Description

Responsibilities: processing accounts payable of Paroc Group companies in Russia:

• Maintain supplier master data;
  
• contact with external suppliers
  
• Day-to-day processing/ data entry (scanning, archiving, checking, sending)
  
• Process supplier invoices ( external and internal);
  
• Process outgoing payments and accounts payables;
  
• Perform period end activities and sub ledger close;
  
• Process AP reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Requirements

• English language is mandatory (oral and written);
  
• Russian language is mandatory ( oral and written )
  
• Finnish, Swedish, Polish, German, Latvian and Estonian languages would be an advantage;
  
• Education in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
  
• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting/finance/audit experience;
  
• Ability to work under time pressure;
  
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office applications and accounting software);
  
• Openness, trust and integrity;
  
• Customer focus.
