ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE CONSULTANT

• We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Consultant with a strong accounting background to join Nordgain by TMF.
• Working alongside three Nordgain consultants, you will collaborate with the client’s finance controllers and local accounting service providers to review their work, coordinate financial processes and help ensure smooth payments between group companies.
• The project offers a broader scope than a standard Lithuanian accounting role, combining accounting knowledge with international collaboration, process oversight and day-to-day problem-solving. Previous financial controller experience is not required.
• As client needs evolve, you may also contribute to other projects, making full-cycle accounting knowledge and adaptability essential.

– At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
– Strong knowledge of the full Lithuanian accounting cycle and practical payroll calculation skills
– Excellent MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software.
– Good written and spoken English for regular communication with international stakeholders.
– Ability to manage several clients or assignments, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
– A proactive, accurate and responsible approach to work.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Willingness to learn, develop your expertise and adapt to changing projects.
