Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities:

• In charge of leading and managing full accounting operations and team of ~10 people;
• Accountability for entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cash management, taxes etc.
• Responsibility for the monthly/annual closing process, including required local statutory & fiscal reporting;
• Ownership for statutory financial statements and reporting, management of external/internal audits and tax compliance;
• Coordination of regular in-depth analysis on financial entries, documents and data, ensuring integrity, regulatory compliance and financial accuracy;
• Development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, controls and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance;
• Contribution to continuous improvement and digitalization by participating in projects and other initiatives.

• Strong experience leading/owning finance and/or accounting function (production, manufacturing, engineering environment - a strong plus);
• Education in accounting, finance, economics or related field;
• Strong knowledge of local and IFRS standards & taxation, good understanding of accounting processes and principles or capability to research, understand and apply where & when needed;
• Problem solving attitude and critical thinking;
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Sense of ownership, team player mindset with focus on result.
