Job Description

As an Accounting Specialist you will be a part of SSC Accounts Payable group. You’ll be working with invoices received from suppliers. This will include checking whether the data provided is correct, analyzing and solving arising issues as well as communicating with Festo colleagues from other countries.Your daily workday will look like:

• Processing and data entry of vendor invoices
• Compare invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered
• Communicate with Festo colleagues abroad

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and team collaboration
• High motivation, proactiveness, positivity, reliability, and honesty

Nice to have:

• Educational background in accounting/finance
• Any other knowledge of foreign language (such as Polish or Hungarian)
