Overview
The Embassy of Ireland in Vilnius is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking person with excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills to fill a full-time Accounts, Consular, and Visa Officer position in our small team. The Accounts, Consular, and Visa Officer will also provide cover for other roles within the Embassy as and when required. This in-person / on-site role is based at the Embassy of Ireland, Gedimino pr. 1.

o Occasionally sharing the emergency out-of-hours duty phone responsibilities and providing support to emergency out-of-hours consular cases
o Providing cover for temporary absences by Embassy colleagues (e.g. annual leave)
o Providing support at Embassy events, during and outside office hours
